FORWARD PLANNING
We want to build a strong dental community amongst Alberta dentists. In 2020, we plan to provide better dental courses so that we can increase the value of your AGD membership. We hope to get the following:
1) Get your feedback on reasons you would want to join AGD and course suggestions.
2) Recruit enthusiastic individuals to volunteer with the AGD.
3) Find ways to collaborate with the local and international dental community to get high quality courses at a good price point.
4) Plan and schedule more and better Alberta courses for the Alberta dentist in 2021.
VOLUNTEER
There are many ways that you can volunteer. Sometimes it can be affected by your availability. Please let us know how you can help by filling out the following quick volunteer form. We will contact you and see how we can build on our relationship.

1) On-site volunteer - we need volunteers around the days of the course. Please tell us in advance when you are free and we will give you a list of duties that you can help us with. We may need help with tech support, catering, sign-in, room set-up and tear down.
2) Finding venues - we want to find reliable venues for learning that we can potentially consistently use in the future. If you have any suggestions; help us scout some out; and make venue arrangements that would help as well.
3) Board member - we are currently looking for a third board member to form the Alberta chapter. Please let us know. There is much more time commitment required for this and we would like you to consider trying out as an on-site volunteer first to see if this would be a good fit.
